Read chapters 1 and 2 of Aloft.
For those of you who missed class on Wednesday, or who were in class and didn't read "Flight" by Barry Lopez, I strongly advise you to go back and read it, carefully. As you can see on your schedules, we are doing another in-class essay, on Wednesday 11/18, which will be based on Aloft and "Flight."
I also want to remind those folks who have not yet handed in their papers that I do deduct a half-grade for each day a paper is late.
